This is a 2-3 part session.
- Initial consultation of 1 hour.
- An in depth intake assessment for new clients, recommendations, follow up appointment. This appointment will include lifestyle, nutritional and supplement recommendations.
- Follow up is within 2- 6 weeks depending on your needs. This is where we review challenges and go over your progress to tweak or adjust your plan.
- Schedule additional sessions if required.
